Mr Chan was appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Company on 20 May 2010 and was re-designated as Executive Director on 25 May 2010. Mr Chan is also the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Mr Chan has 7 years of stock broking and the last 11 years of Corporate, Private Equity and Entrepreneurial Experience. Currently the Founder and Director of Amrita Capital Pte Ltd, a Singapore based corporate and private equity investment firm. His last appointment till May 2008 was as the Managing Director of Singapore Listed Magnus Energy Group Ltd which he helped restructure and turnaround since joining in September 2002. He also sits on the board of SGX listed Adroit Innovations Ltd and other private companies in Singapore.

Mr Yeo Kan Yen, Alvin

Mr Yeo was appointed as Executive Director on 23 March 2009. Mr Yeo is also the Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
Mr Yeo joined CarrierNet Corporation (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. as Sales and Marketing Director on 2 October 2006, and was subsequently promoted to Managing Director on 1 November 2007. Mr Yeo is responsible for the overall general management, operational and strategic planning, sales and marketing activities of the Company.
In his previous employment as the Chief Operating Officer of PT Altasat Solusindo, (a licensed VoIP company in Indonesia), Mr Yeo brought PT Altasat to full operations with 9 points of presence in Indonesia, Singapore and Hong Kong, and was instrumental in spearheading prepaid and postpaid consumer voice products sales within the region. He also worked as System Integrator in the region with projects in Singapore, Malaysia and China.
Mr Yeo holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and Masters in Information System Management from Hawaii Pacific University. |

Mr Wong Lock Chee

Mr Wong was appointed as Executive Director of the Company on 13 November 2009.
Mr Wong is responsible to review overall business of the Company and to identify new strategic investment for the Company.
Mr Wong has more than 25 years of experience in the IT and electronics industry. From 1979 to 1989, Mr Wong was the Regional Sales Manager in building multi-million dollar distribution company with regional offices dealing with leading brands of IT products. From 1989 to 2003, he was involved in the setting up of a joint venture factory with a Japanese group in the manufacturing of air-conditioners in Vietnam.
From 2004 to present, Mr Wong held several directorships in the food and beverage industry, financial and property sector.
Mr Wong is the CEO and Director in another public-listed company in Singapore, Falmac Limited since 5 October 2009.

Mr Lew Syn Pau

Mr Lew was appointed an Independent Director of the Company on 15 January 2002. He also assumes the role of the Board Chairman.
His career started in the Singapore Government Administrative Service from which he was seconded to the National Trades Union Congress ("NTUC"). He was the Executive Secretary of The Metal Industries Workers' Union from 1981 to 1982 and 1984 to 1989. From 1987 to 1993, he was the General Manager and subsequently the Managing Director of NTUC Comfort Holdings Ltd. During this period, he was concurrently the General Manager of NTUC Pasir Ris Resort from 1989 to 1991, the Managing Director of General Automotive Services Pte Ltd from 1990 to 1993, the Assistant Secretary- General of NTUC from 1990 to 1994 and the Executive Director of NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Ltd from 1993 to 1994.
He joined Banque Indosuez (now known as Calyon) in 1994 as General Manager and was Senior Country Officer from 1994 to 1997.
Mr Lew was a Member of the Singapore Parliament from 1988 to 2001. He was the Chairman of the Government Parliamentary Committees for National Development, Education, Finance and Trade and Industry.
He is currently the Chairman of Stanbridge International Pte Ltd and Director of Capital Connections Pte Ltd. He holds directorships in several other public-listed companies in Singapore.
A Singapore government scholar, Mr Lew holds a Master of Engineering from Cambridge University, UK and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University, USA. |

Mr Ong Kok Wah

Mr Ong was appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Company on 20 May 2010.
Mr Ong has over 47 years of working experience in the marine and oil/gas offshore industries. His career started with Nautical Studies at Singapore Polytechnic and apprenticeship with Shell Eastern Fleet. He was with Merchant Fleet then Port Of Singapore Authority as Controller of Shipping until 1974. He spent the next 2 years in Middle East on a major port congestion project then joined the Chuan Hup Group. He had been on the Boards of Chuan Hup Groups' Listed companies in Singapore and aboard. His last served as CEO/ Executive Director of CH Offshore Ltd until December 2007 and currently as non-executive director.

Mr Chong was appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Company on 20 May 2010.
Mr Chong has 5 years experience with an Audit firm, Arthur Andersen and up to 8 years of finance experience with Listed Companies which include Media Ring Ltd. and Pertama Holdings Ltd. Currently, he is engaged as Financial Consultant with many different firms in providing analytical advice in order to aid the process of investment and asset management, including the risk and return of investment, the liquidity and time horizon of investment.
