	MR CHOW TAT MING, HENRY Chief Executive Officer
	Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Mr Chow was appointed as Executive Director on 27 April 2007 and Chief Executive Officer on 6 February 2008 of the company. Mr Chow is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CarrierNet Corp. Limited. Mr Chow has played a key role in the establishment of CarrierNet from its inception and has been leading the products, business development and commercial operations. Being also as an Executive Director of ArianeCorp, Mr Chow is responsible for driving the group's vision, growth, and profitability. In this role, he is focused on reshaping CarrierNet and Arianecorp's Telecommunications blue print, leading the company to be a major Telecom player in the regional VoIP market. He is leading the strategic thrust for the company to transform the company's telecom delivery efforts, build strategic partnerships, and leverage on the company's resources and key customer constituencies. Prior to founding CarrierNet in 2001, Mr Chow served as Chief Operating Officer of a Jakarta based licensed VoIP carrier PT. Atlasat Solusindo Limited where he was the company's founding executive and a key member of its executive team. In this role, Mr Chow was responsible for strategic leadership of the company's technical, marketing, alliance management and network development. Mr Chow has more than 26 years of experience in the Telecom and Information Technology Industries having worked for the ANZ bank, National Australia Bank, Hong Kong Telecom, Sterling Commerce and South China Group. As an executive at leading regional telecommunications carrier (Hong Kong Telecom), Mr Chow gained invaluable experience in the technology, telecom and marketing fields. Mr Chow received his Bachelor of Computer Science degree from University of Minnesota in 1981.

	MR SHU TIONG KI General Manager/Operations
	Our Group's operations in Malaysia, including Vikay Technology Sdn Bhd and VK Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, are headed by Mr Shu. He is responsible for our Group's manufacturing operations in Malaysia. His career started with our Group as Senior Accountant handling finance and legal matters. He has been with the Group for more than 10 years, with extensive experience in various aspects of operations, including product development, production management and plant maintenance. Mr Shu has a professional accountancy qualification from the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, UK.

	MR STEVEN BRUCKNER General Manager/USA
	Mr Bruckner heads Vikay America Inc, our marketing and distribution centre in California, USA, which is the focal point of contact for our customers in the USA. His main responsibility is in sales and distribution of our products and after-sales service for our American customers. His career started with our Group as Assistant Controller handling finance and operations management. He has been with the Group for more than 10 years and has accumulated broad experience at managerial level in various areas such as financial management, sales and marketing, as well as operations. He holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Redlands, USA.

	MR CHIAN FOOK LEONG, DAVID General Manager/Sales & Marketing
	Mr Chian is our General Manager for Sales and Marketing. He is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing programmes for the Group's businesses. Mr Chian has more than 17 years of experience in sales and marketing in the electronics industry. In his previous job, he spent more than 6 years growing new business opportunities through developing sales and distribution networks in Southeast Asia, Europe and the USA. He also has considerable experience in product marketing, including working strategically with multi-national corporations such as 3M, FCI and Samsung in pricing, distribution and design-in programmes of their products. Prior to joining Vikay, Mr Chian worked as the Regional Sales Manager of a Japanese electronics distribution and manufacturing company. He also held a senior sales position in an American company for 3 years. Mr Chian holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic and several postgraduate certificates in Sales and Marketing.
