ArianeCorp designs and manufactures customised LCD modules which are integrated with drivers, controllers and other electronic components and mounted on printed circuit boards. These display modules are subsequently interfaced by the end-users with electronic inputs to enable information to be received on the display. They are used in demanding application for office automation equipments, factory automation equipments, security, aerospace instruments and medical products. Our LCD module package techniques include SMT, COB, COF and TAB. The manufacturing facility has the flexibilties to provide the following services to the electronic industries. |

• Chip-on-Board Assembly |

A Chip-on-Board (COB) assembly line with the state-of-the-art aluminium wire bonding is available in ArianeCorp. |

• Super Compact Modules |
| |
Super Compact Super compact modules are LCDs, which are integrated into modules and manufactured using the chip-on-flex (COF) technology. This technology is a hybrid process involving a combination of the COB technology and tape-automated bonding. The glass (instead of being a rigid fixed on previously) is now tape-bonded to a flexi-printed circuit board. The usage of the COF technology enhances the reliability of the LCD modules, making the modules more compact and slimmer. |
