2007 March
The Group completed its acquisition of CarrierNet Corporation Limited ("CNET") and gained access to CNET's global Voice over Internet Protocol ("VoIP") network and the products and services offered by CNET, including its own VoIP service, VoiceBB, as well as wholesale carrier, retail international direct dial and global calling card products and services.

2008 January
The Group completed its acquisition of Uni 3 Pte. Ltd.("Uni 3"), a major prepaid calling card and prepaid mobile top up card distributor in Singapore. This enabled the Group to penetrate and access the retail telephony sector in Singapore.

2010 February
The Group had undergone a restructuring exercise to transfer CarrierNet Corporation (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("CCS"), which was previously wholly-owned by CarrierNet Corporation Limited, to the Company. At the same time, the Company entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Toprich Venture Limited ("Toprich") for the sale of its 100% wholly-owned subsidiary, CarrierNet Corporation Limited ("CCL") and a subsidiary of CCL, Memphis Telecom Pty Ltd. The disposal was completed on 2 March 2010.
